Learn What I Can Do For You
If you have been charged with any of the following offences I can help.
Don't Risk Your Reputation, Your Future, Your Livelihood or Your Freedom.
If you have been charged with a crime(s), you have much at risk. A conviction will leave you with a criminal record and all the negative, long-term consequences that accompany it. Your job, educational opportunities and/or your ability to enter the U.S. or to travel could be at risk.
I understand and care about what you may have at stake. That’s why my approach to defending you will be distinguished by thorough and comprehensive preparation tailored to meet the demands of your case.
If defences exist in your case, I will identify and use them to get you the best possible result. This could include a withdrawal of all or some of the charges; an outright finding of not guilty after a fully contested trial; an avoidance or reduction of jail; a resolution for “house arrest” or “weekend” sentence to allow you to continue to work, go to school, care for someone, etc.; a reduction to a fine and/or probation; a discharge or a “peace bond”, etc – whatever is in your best interest.
NEVER FORGET: In the courtroom, only I, as your defence lawyer, will stand between you, the prosecutor, the judge, the police and whatever witnesses/evidence you will have to face. You will need full and strong representation.
